Our fleet consist of 20+ liftgates, 10 Tractors, 50+ full-time employees, standard equipment and we are insured and licensed. to work in almost all spaces.

Each project will have a dedicated coordinator, sales person and project manager to make sure everything is as smooth as it can be.

We can move both office and warehouse spaces as little as 1000 sqft to as large as a 200k sqft space.

We Own a secure 70k sqft warehouse located in Manassas ensuring we can meet your storage and FF&E project needs. We have 14 Loading docks and 14 pallet racking aisles.
FAQ’S
Can You Provide A COI?
Yes, let us know your buildings requirements and send us any related forms and we will fill them out. With our insurance, we are able to get into just about any building in the DMV.
Do you charge premium rates for the weekend?
On Saturday, our normal rates apply. On Sunday or any day where work starts before 8am or goes after 10 p.m we charge overtime rates.
I have very large and heavy equipment, do you transport that?
Yes, when we come in to provide you a proposal we will asses the equipment and find a proper way to transport it. There is nothing too big we can’t transport.
What is your service area?
Generally we serve the whole east coast with our main warehouse being in Manassas Va
Are you able to liquidate or work with donation partners?
Absolutely, we have a couple very good liquidation partners we work with. In the event we cannot liquidate an item due to damage or age, we will responsibly dispose of the item.
What kind of jobs are you able to do?
While warehouse moving is what we do, we have since expanded to office moving, data center warehousing and relocation, decomission services, FF&E warehousing and logistics and more.
